Joe Mark DeLozier

Joe Mark DeLozier, 70, passed away on September 5, 2026, after a year and a half battle with colon cancer. He was surrounded by the family he loved so deeply.

Born on August 31, 1956, Joe lived a life marked by hard work, unwavering devotion to family, and joy in life's simple pleasures. He was the owner of DeLozier Auto Service, where his dedication and steady commitment reflected who he was in every part of his life.

Joe married the love of his life, Tami, in 1976, and together they built 50 years of marriage full of adventure, laughter, and unshakable partnership. They loved to travel together and cherished nothing more than gathering their family close. Wherever Tami was, Joe wanted to be — and their bond was the steady center of everything he built.

Joe found joy outside of work as well. He loved riding his motorcycle and cherished country life, especially caring for his land. Among his proudest moments were bowling a perfect 300 game and shooting a hole-in-one in golf at The Trails Golf Course — small triumphs that spoke to the skill and quiet pride he brought to everything he loved. But above all, Joe loved his grandchildren, and few things brought him more happiness than cheering them on at their school activities.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Tami DeLozier; his son, Joshua DeLozier, and his wife, Magan, of Norman, Oklahoma; his daughter, Angela Baustert, and her husband, Paul, of Luther, Oklahoma; his mother, Geneva DeLozier of Bethany, Oklahoma; his brother, Phillip DeLozier of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Rylie, Jenna, Emily, and Noah. Each of them held a special place in his heart, and his love for his family was a lasting and guiding presence in their lives.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Howard DeLozier.

He will be remembered for his devotion to Tami and the family they built together, his independent spirit, and the pride he took in the life he lived. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, loved him, and were blessed by his steady presence.
